Did I forget something?

Oh yes....I forgot to post about Easter!  Good gravy life hasn't slowed down (I'm certain time is moving faster) and sometimes I forget things.
We do the Easter Bunny on Saturday and I love it.  I've already spoiled that I am in fact the furry bunny that comes and leaves the baskets of goodies and eggs around the house to find.  They are totally unaware that it was a big deal if he was real or make believe.

After the morning-o-fun with the baskets and egg hunt, we headed to the Kuna Easter Egg Hunt over at the high school.  This was our first year doing this, it was pretty fun.  The kids didn't get very much candy but it was over fast and it was all about the experience.  They gave away prizes in each age group, Landon and Kenz won a few little ones, and poor Gav didn't get any.  That sort of put a sour bug in him so he was pretty glum for awhile.  It was freezing......like I should have had winter gear on them (and me) Stacey and the girls came along also.  It was great to have someone besides me there cause the age groups were pretty far apart from each other.  I didn't get very many photos of this cause it was so cold we were ready to head to the car asap! :)

For the record this is the 1st kid I have ever had who didn't freak out at the sight of someone in a costume.......he was super happy to take a picture with the bunny.  It was awesome.

I didn't get to see the older two actually gather eggs, but Stacey said that poor Gavin's basket was his problem.  He had a bunch of eggs but they all kept falling out as he ran.  Prob should have just gone with plastic bags.....  Poor kid.  And yes that's all the candy he got out of his eggs.

We enjoyed the rest of the day in Paul with Justin's family.  Of course I didn't take any pictures cause I'm a nerd like that.  They all had so much fun with cousins and its always so nice to visit with family.

We did make it home on Sunday to eat dinner at moms house.
We are so blessed to have the knowledge of the Atonement and feel the love of my Savior continually in my everyday life.  I hope everyone was able to feel the real spirit that Easter brought.  I know I did.  I am royally blessed, that is something I know for sure.
