Sleepy time!

I came home the other day to find Gavin like this. Its a very rare occurrence for him to just fall asleep anywhere but his bed, so I had to capture the moment. I sure do love my little Gav-man! And of course when I saw this, I went right on kissing his cheeks to wake him up (it was like 6:30 at night, not the best time to take a nap).

Swim Lessons

So I finally got Mackenzie into swim lessons this summer. This was her first week, and she has loved it! I really like her teacher and the atmosphere. Its a sweet family here in Kuna, so its nice and close. I never had swimming lessons as a child, and always wished I would have. To this day I still have to plug my nose with my fingers, maybe someone should teach me to blow bubbles out my nose someday!

Happy Birthday Mom!

Today is my beautiful mom's birthday! I thought I would just take a minute to express how wonderful my mom is, and how I just don't think I could have made it this far without her help! She is such a wonderful grandma, my kids just adore her, as do the other 19 grandchildren she has! She is always willing to play games with them, take them on a walk to the pond, and babysit while Justin and I go out. I am so blessed to live so close to her, and that my children are able to see her as much as they do. The example she has set has helped me throughout my life. I feel I call her more to ask questions than to just call to talk, but she is always willing to lend an ear to listen to me. I love my mom so much, and I wish her a very wonderful birthday!
